*Symbolism of Your Anatomy: The Wisdom Within

As life unfolds, your biological health becomes a living statement that conveys your hopes and fears. Every thought and feeling that has traveled through your system has activated a physiological response. Regardless of their content, they are stored in your cellular memory - biography becomes biology. Learning to interpret the corresponding areas of the human body creates reference points to evaluate loss of personal truth and power.

*Connecting the Dots:
An Experience of Mind and Body

One’s thoughts, feelings and body are all pieces of one big puzzle that define the whole being. Participants will focus on how to connect these pieces and understand the language of their own physiology. Looking at the symbology language means learning to evaluate and become more aware of what causes you to have and loose your power. This class includes a 20-minute exercise and then time to write about the experience, followed by a general discussion.

*Homeopathy: Part of a Healthy Lifestyle

The word heal is a part of the word healthy which means to become well again. Homeopathy is a natural, gentle, and holistic system of healing focusing on you as an individual. This is an introduction to a holistic medicine which looks beyond just the mechanics of our bodies and also addresses the mind and spirit. This method treats simple and complex complaints of today's illness, often times alleviating the need for traditional medicine and surgery. *The Powerful Truth: A 24-Hour Truth Challenge

Many of us are conditioned to believe that lies are acceptable. But in reality, they come with consequences. Why do we lie though? Why are we afraid of telling the truth? Solid relationships are build on trust: It is the glue that holds them together. When you can speak your truth, you are more authentic in your relationship with yourself and others.

II. Self-Empowerment
*Meditation

Scientific research shows that meditation creates dramatic mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. By creating a synchronization within the brain, this induces a "whole brain function" and a relaxed state of mind. This fosters improvements in learning ability, creativity, intuition, mental clarity and intelligence. It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to it or if you have done it for awhile, this offers new experience for deep and lasting changes. Meditation today is practiced by CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies and endorsed by universities like Harvard, Stanford and UCLA.

*Fact or Fiction: Can You Trust Your Hunch

Ever recall a time when you had a strong "hunch" or a "gut" feeling but were uncertain about trusting it? Since 1927, scientific research has documented that these feelings are more than just coincidence. This class teaches ways to develop both the rational and intuitive sides of the brain by cultivating abilities to perceive and receive information more accurately.

III. The Power of Intent
*Magnetism: You Are What You Think

Everything we think, do or say is a communication - which means it gives out a message - and each and every message has an impact on shaping our lives, for better or worse. We are powerful beings: The energy we put out is the energy we get back. The more energy-charge a feeling or experience is, the more power it generates within. Thoughts create feelings, feelings, create our actions, actions create our outcome in life. This class will inspire participants to become more aware of old thoughts and developing new ones, to help them change and grow.

"The problems of the world cannot possibly be solved by skeptics or cynics whose horizons are limited by obvious realities. We need men and women who can dream of things that never were..."
- John F. Kennedy

III. The Power of Intent
*Daydreaming: Outside the Box

We have been taught not to allow our thoughts to wander and to always be focused. But some of society’s greatest contributors were avid dreamers: John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Albert Einstein, for example. This class gives participants permission, dedicated time, and a framework to daydream. Setting time aside and allowing yourself to create with clear intent and without inhibition, is insightful, nourishing and energizing.

"When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break their bonds; your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be."
- Pantanjali

III. The Power of Intent
*Stress: Who Needs It?

All of us feel stress from time to time. In fact, just thinking about it can set-off a series of chemical reactions to the brain producing more stress and sometimes pain. Why do we need it anyway? Actually stress is a component that helps us reshape ourselves. Until something pushes us we'll just live with it -status quo. Through a series of steps to help observe and disengage from stress, you can learn to better manage life's problems.
